Question:
What is the Islamic ruling of machine slaughtered animal? Here in States, many people from different school of thought consider it halal and use it in their stores and restaurants. There is also a mechanism in place through which one can know whether the chicken or meat is hand slaughtered or machine but majority of the people don't follow it. So, what course of action should we take to avoid it?
امریکہ میں مختلف مکاتب فکر کے لو گ ہیں ، اور بہت س ے لو گ مشین س ے کی ے گئ ے ذبح گوشت کو جائز سمجھت ے ہیں اور یہاں دکانوں اور ریسٹورنٹس میں وہی استعمال کرتے ہیں۔ کچھ لوگوں ن ے تدبیر بنا رکھی ہ ے جس س ے معلوم چل سکتا ہ ے کہ کیا حلال ہ ے اور کیا نہیں پر اکثریت اس کو مانتی نہیں۔ تو کیا مشین س ے ذبح کیا گیا گوشت جائز ہے؟ اور اگر نہیں تو ایس ے میں کیا لائحہ عمل اختیار کرنا چاہی ے کہ اس س ے بچا جا سکے؟
